A TWO NIGHT minimum stay is required on all Nightly rentals. *A deposit of $450.00 per weekly booking is required and will hold your reservation until 12:00 noon the day following scheduled arrival. The DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE. **The Return Check Fee is $30.00. ***Cancellation fee of $50 will be charged in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation, regardless of the reason. The monies paid, less cancellation fee, will be refunded only if the property is re-rented for the same rate and time. ****A security deposit is required for each rental.
Off-season rates are in effect following Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend.
PETS ARE WELCOME with a slight additional charge. **Limit 2 pets per unit**. (Rates: $10 per/pet per/day or $50 per/pet per/week.) NO snakes or spiders allowed.
